AV & Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

To support large-scale planning and complex initiatives, the hybrid contract AV & Collaboration Engineer will evaluate emerging technologies, lead regional deployments, and ensure alignment with global standards while collaborating with a global engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a global engineering team to evaluate and validate emerging conference room technologies through rigorous proof of concepts
• Collaborate on the design of standardized AV building blocks and maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance with global standards
• Serve as the tier 3 technical escalation point for regional operations, resolving complex issues and liaising with local AV integrators

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture
• Expert knowledge of video conferencing, AV over IP standards, and control systems
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom rooms, Cisco Control Hub, and Call Manager
• Experience with professional-grade DSPs, PTZ cameras, and large format displays
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and signal flow diagrams
