Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AV Engineer in California, this role focuses on managing the operational health and user experience of audio-visual spaces, providing technical support for events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AV capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the operational health and user experience of various AV spaces, performing readiness checks and coordinating maintenance
• Provides technical planning and real-time troubleshooting for internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution of high-visibility programs
• Collaborates with Workplace and IT teams to deliver reliable AV solutions and improve overall space functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting AV hardware, software, and room technology issues in enterprise environments
• 1+ year of experience supporting scheduled events and high-visibility meetings
• Ability to work from the San Francisco, CA office and travel to the Bellevue, WA office as needed
• Practical knowledge of AV systems including signal flow, conferencing systems, and event technology
