AV Product Line Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of the AV-over-IP portfolio, the full-time AV Product Line Manager will manage product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AV Managed Switch & Pro AV portfolio from ideation through launch and iteration
• Define product strategy, maintain a coherent roadmap, and set pricing and forecasting strategies
• Write high-quality PRDs and user stories while balancing technical constraints against user needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AV-over-IP, networking devices, or management platforms
• Proven track record of shipping products in complex, UX-sensitive AV markets
• Strong writing skills for PRDs, user stories, and business cases
• Technical fluency in AV protocols, multicast, QoS, and device integration
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Engineering and Marketing
