AV Programmer

Job Summary

The full-time AV Programmer will define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications while performing programming and configuration of various control and audio protocols, working both remotely and on-site as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients to understand their needs and ensure technical delivery meets expectations
• Perform coding and configuration of control systems and audio protocols, including Crestron, AMX, and Q-Sys
• Conduct on-site testing and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and user experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CTS certification required within 6 months of employment
• Experience with standard AV systems programming (Crestron, AMX, Q-Sys, Extron)
• Basic IT knowledge, including IP address recognition
• Strong interest in learning programming and related technologies
