Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 AV Support Engineer to provide technical support and customer service for audio-visual systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support as an escalation point from Tier I, including troubleshooting networked devices and tracking support requests
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team for AV support cases and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support client AV upgrades, installations, and live streaming setups, while documenting issues for knowledge base use
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the AV sector with a proven record in installing and troubleshooting corporate AV systems
- Experience in technical problem resolution within multi-discipline environments
- Knowledge of networking principles and AV concepts, including audio gain structure and video codecs
- Proficient in MSFT Office applications, particularly Excel and Teams
- Experience with DSP configuration and UC/MTR platforms like Teams and Zoom
