Avature AI Lead
Job Summary
To support the rollout of Agentic AI capabilities, the remote contract Avature AI Lead will design and implement custom Avature solutions, advise stakeholders on best practices, and partner with HR and IT teams on solution architecture.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Avature solutions
- Support the rollout of Agentic AI functionality within Avature Talent
- Advise stakeholders on Avature best practices and platform capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience with Avature implementation and configuration
- Background in ATS/CRM transformation
- Experience with Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, or AI-enabled recruiting technology
- Knowledge of talent intelligence, sourcing automation, or matching tools
- Ability to train internal teams on advanced Avature functionality
