Job Summary
To lead the design and implementation of Avature AI capabilities in a hybrid contract role, the Avature AI Subject Matter Expert will configure and deploy AI solutions across Talent Acquisition workflows, focusing on enhancing candidate engagement and optimizing recruiting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Avature AI-enabled solutions across recruiting, CRM, onboarding, and talent workflows
- Configure and deploy Avature Copilot, AI agents, and automation use cases aligned to business processes
- Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities in collaboration with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-5+ years of HR technology / ATS experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Avature platform configuration and implementation
- Proven experience implementing Avature AI capabilities in enterprise environments
- Experience delivering large-scale TA or HR transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and solution delivery experience
