Job Summary
A company is looking for an Avaya AEP/IVR/Nuance Developer in a contract and remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Avaya AEP, IVR, and Nuance technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and systems to ensure optimal performance
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Javascript and Python
- Experience with IBM JVM servers
- Familiarity with Avaya Orchestration Designer and Avaya Experience Portal
- Knowledge of Nuance NLU software
- Relevant experience in software development and system integration
