Avaya Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex communication and contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architecture designs
• Lead the design of scalable and reliable technical solutions, including system integration and software design
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural designs and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or unified communications solution design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Avaya Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA) or cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure) preferred
• Deep expertise in Avaya UC and CC solutions, along with knowledge of AI, SIP, VoIP, and network protocols
• Experience with risk management and compliance related to security policies and regulatory requirements
