AVEVA PI System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVEVA PI System Engineer (OT/Industrial Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support AVEVA PI System components, including PI Interfaces, Connectors, and Integrators
• Collaborate with OT teams on power plant control systems to ensure seamless data capture and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring proper integration of OT data into enterprise IT systems

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience with AVEVA PI System, including Interfaces, Connectors, and Integrators
• Strong background in Operational Technology, particularly with power plant control systems like Ovation
• Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, DNP)
• Understanding of IT/OT system integrations and data flow architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
