Aviation Facility Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Managing the corporate aviation department's facilities, the full-time Aviation Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee hangar operations, execute maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders to promote operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of hangar, office spaces, and ground support equipment
• Serve as the primary steward of workplace safety, conducting inspections and maintaining compliance with regulations
• Lead facility projects and manage the annual facility budget, including vendor contracts and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in an operational environment with managerial responsibilities
• Knowledge of commercial electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
• Technical skills for hands-on maintenance and inspections of building and operational equipment
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills relevant to the role
