Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aviation Industrial / Organizational Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply behavioral science and human factors expertise to assess workforce impacts of modernization activities
• Lead readiness assessments and analyze workforce adaptation challenges related to new technologies and operational practices
• Translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations for program decision-making and change management strategies

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Public Trust (U.S. Citizen)
• Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• 10-18 years of experience in safety-critical environments
• Experience in human factors assessment and workload analysis
• Ability to operate effectively in performance-based, time-sensitive environments
