Job Summary

To drive adoption of modernization initiatives in a safety-critical environment, the full-time Aviation I/O Psychologist will provide expertise in behavioral science and human factors, focusing on workforce adaptation, organizational change management, and operational impact evaluation.

Key responsibilities
  • Apply behavioral science and human factors expertise to assess workforce impacts of modernization activities
  • Lead readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis to evaluate organizational preparedness for changes
  • Translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations that inform operational planning and change management strategies
Required qualifications
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Factors Psychology, or related field
  • 10-18 years of experience in large-scale, safety-critical environments
  • Demonstrated experience in human factors assessment and workload analysis
  • Experience designing and conducting readiness assessments and behavioral data collection
  • Ability to operate effectively in performance-based, time-sensitive environments
