Job Summary

Supporting a growing portfolio of aviation initiatives, the full-time Aviation Program Analyst will engage with stakeholders, conduct research and analysis, and assist in technical writing for projects related to Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of aviation projects, maintaining schedules and coordinating activities among stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis on UAS, AAM, and emerging aviation technologies, tracking relevant policy developments
  • Draft technical reports and communications, preparing client-ready deliverables and supporting proposal development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Transportation Planning, or a related field
  • Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience in aviation, aerospace, or related consulting projects
  • Working knowledge of UAS, AAM, and airport operations
  • Experience in project delivery and stakeholder coordination across multiple organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
