Aviation Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Aviation Proposal Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development of high-quality proposals for airport and aviation infrastructure clients, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, proposal management, and collaboration with capture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage major proposal pursuits, ensuring compliance and effective communication of strategic win themes
• Facilitate capture planning and coordinate with internal and external partners to drive proposal excellence
• Mentor junior business development staff and contribute to proposal best practices and process improvements

Required qualifications

• A four-year degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience in business development, including capture planning and proposal management
• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically supporting capture planning efforts
• Demonstrated success in winning major pursuits within the AEC and/or Aviation industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint
