Job Summary

To support client growth and retention, the full-time Aviation Risk Advisor will manage new insurance account production and sales activities, develop a pipeline of qualified prospects, and maintain a profitable book of business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieves annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of services to existing clients
  • Builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects and generates leads from various sources
  • Assesses client risk issues and recommends technical services, ensuring a seamless transition to the client service team
Required qualifications
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License is required and must be maintained
  • College degree or a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience working with complex commercial coverage
  • In-depth understanding of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
