Job Summary

Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of aircraft maintenance records, the full-time Aviation Technical Records Analyst will manage technical records within a fully remote environment, supporting regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation and effective records management.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and update aircraft maintenance records, verifying component removals, installations, and operational data
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and support audit readiness by organizing and reviewing maintenance documentation
• Collaborate with internal support teams and cross-functional departments to resolve technical records inquiries and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in maintaining aircraft maintenance records within aviation environments
• Experience with aircraft maintenance documentation and aviation recordkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple assignments
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
