Aviation Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aviation Technician to perform electrical modifications and troubleshoot systems on aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on and off aircraft electrical modifications to wiring and system components
• Conduct complex connector terminations including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft electrical and environmental systems at the organizational or depot maintenance level

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electrical/electronic systems and duties as described
• Knowledgeable in electrical/electronic theories and systems
• Experience fabricating and routing new wire bundles on aircraft
• Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
• Preferred experience with Depot Level/Modification maintenance and operating lifting equipment
