Avionics Technical Trainer
Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of technical training content, the full-time remote Avionics Technical Trainer III will deliver on-site and remote training sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide expert advice on training materials for internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technical training content and materials
- Deliver on-site and remote technical training sessions to customers
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in technical training or a related field, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Advanced proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven experience with Aircraft Avionics and regulatory compliance
- An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
