Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Actuarial Reserving - Operations and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clear and tailored communications to drive business outcomes
Lead design and management of centralized Reserving best practices and analytics
Lead teams responsible for continuous improvement of Reserving operations

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
Membership in the Casualty Actuarial Society (typically Fellowship)
Ten or more years of experience in an actuarial function with five years of managerial experience
Mastery of actuarial techniques and insurance operations
In-depth knowledge regarding leadership skills, strategy development, and execution
