Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) Affordability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of affordability strategies and performance at the health plan level
Provide fiscal oversight for affordability programs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
Develop multi-year affordability roadmaps and operating plans to achieve cost savings targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive experience in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in people leadership, including direct supervision and mentoring
Expertise in cost improvement methodologies, such as Business Process Management or Six Sigma
Master's degree preferred
