AVP, Bank/BD Product Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Bank & Broker Dealer Channel - Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle for Bank/BD annuity and life solutions, from concept to post-launch management
• Develop product concepts and business cases aligned with market needs and profitability targets
• Ensure cross-channel alignment and governance of marketing and sales collateral

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in annuity and/or life product development
• Strong knowledge of annuity and life products, including design and regulatory requirements
• Experience as a product owner in structured development environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Direct experience or significant exposure to the Bank/BD distribution channel
