A company is looking for an AVP, Business Solutions - Property & Casualty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize policy servicing workflows and customer experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to implement scalable technology solutions
• Manage project scope, quality, and alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, insurance, or related field
• 15 years of experience in Personal or Commercial lines with increasing responsibility
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity at an executive level
• Deep knowledge of program and project management and change leadership
• Experience in a technology environment preferred
