Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of pharmacy benefit claims adjudication, the full-time remote AVP Claims & Configuration will manage cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive technology modernization while overseeing benefit configuration and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead teams for claims adjudication, benefit configuration, testing, and production support
- Drive initiatives for operational improvement, scalability, and customer experience
- Oversee implementation of client benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12 years of experience in PBM, health plan, or healthcare operations
- 8 years of leadership or people management experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
