Key Responsibilities

• Own the client delivery experience, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementations with high client satisfaction
• Transform delivery methodologies to enhance consistency and operational excellence across projects
• Build and manage a metrics-driven operating model to proactively address risks and performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in healthcare payer operations with experience in regional health plans or Blue plans
• Minimum of 10 years in delivery, operations, project management, or related roles with senior leadership experience
• Proven success in leading large, distributed teams and driving results through influence
• Experience in transforming delivery organizations through process redesign and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
