AVP Contact Center Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Contact Center Sales to lead enterprise market share capture and AI-powered customer experience transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients
• Lead AI-driven customer experience strategies and articulate their impact on ROI and customer loyalty
• Manage the full direct sales process, including prospecting, negotiations, and contract finalization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of strategic sales experience in SaaS, CCaaS, or CX software sectors
• Proven track record of achieving 7-figure and 8-figure annual sales quotas
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud architectures and Generative AI applications in contact centers
• Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
