Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Engineering (Apps & Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for member-facing applications, enforcing architectural standards and making trade-off decisions
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability for engineering squads, ensuring project scoping, estimation, and post-launch stability
• Serve as the senior engineering contact for strategic clients, translating technical complexities into clear communications

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams
• Proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS products
• Experience with member-facing applications and strong instincts for quality at scale
• Deep architectural fluency in cloud-native systems and full-stack development
• Familiarity with regulated data environments such as HIPAA or PIPEDA
