Job Summary

Leading enterprise implementation strategies, the full-time salaried AVP Enterprise Implementations will manage the Judi Health migration, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to client expectations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable leader for the Judi Health migration, overseeing program strategy, governance, and milestone achievement
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to align financial, procedural, operational, and technology information for new and existing business implementations
• Develop and deliver strategic communications for senior leadership, articulating choices, risks, and recommendations effectively

Required qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Operations, Sales, or Information Technology, with 5 years in a client-facing role
• 8 years of leadership and people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Strong program and project management capabilities, especially in technology migrations and process improvements
• Ability to establish trust and credibility while managing relationships with clients and senior leaders
