Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop financial reporting and analytics materials, performing variance analysis
• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Growth organization, supporting financial evaluations and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Healthcare/Healthtech
• Strong business acumen with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proven financial modeling experience and ability to analyze complex data
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning tools
