Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver technology solutions and strategic planning
• Identify and deploy AI opportunities to enhance process efficiencies
• Develop documentation for business requirements and ensure user training on current tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• Technical knowledge of Workday and familiarity with financial processes
• Experience supporting a global organization
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
