Job Summary

To support a global finance organization, the full-time remote AVP Financial Systems will design, develop, and support the Workday ecosystem while collaborating with finance and IT partners to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with strategic IT planning
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI for process efficiencies and determine investment opportunities for new capabilities
• Develop documentation for business requirements and ensure users are trained on current tools while monitoring system integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• Technical knowledge of Workday and familiarity with its standard business processes and reporting
• Experience supporting a global organization and working with distributed teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization
