Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Group Benefits - Absence & Leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge on Absence, PFML, and Statutory Disability products and collaborate with senior management on strategy
  • Define and drive department strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall product solutions
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders to develop products and services that meet market and profitability expectations


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in group insurance or employee benefits with expertise in Absence, PFML, and Statutory Disability
  • 3+ years of managerial experience influencing senior management and stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of product development and management best practices
  • Understanding of plan design, process, and funding related to benefit offerings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
