Key Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake migration and oversee cloud data platform deployments
• Establish data governance, standards, and ensure data quality across the organization
• Build and mentor IT teams, enhancing performance metrics and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
• 15+ years in data engineering, architecture, or IT operations
• 10+ years of IT operations experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift
• Healthcare security experience (HIPAA required); certifications like CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
