Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Member Interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising senior management on member-facing risk/quality strategies and initiatives
- Developing training and coaching plans for staff involved in member interventions
- Identifying new quality improvement requirements and building out processes
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
- 5 years of Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace business or operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, and ability to learn new information systems and software programs
