Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Middle Market Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite, maintain, and grow a profitable book of Property and Casualty business
• Evaluate submissions, analyze exposures and coverage requests, and negotiate pricing and program offerings
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers and insureds through frequent engagement

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• At least five to eight years of related experience
• Industry-specific study or designations (such as CPCU and ARM) preferred
• Experience with Middle Market Accounts and guaranteed cost program structures preferred
• Strong organizational and technology skills, particularly in Microsoft products
