Job Summary

Managing strategic relationships with key distribution partners, the remote AVP National Programs Insurance will execute distribution strategies, collaborate with various business groups, and oversee sales organizational capabilities while ensuring high-quality support and communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute distribution strategies in partnership with regional leaders and manage strategic relationships with key partners
• Coordinate and collaborate with business groups to support initiatives and broker requests while maintaining high visibility with partners
• Lead efforts in building sales capabilities and monitor the quality and consistency of support resources and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of Sales Leadership experience
• Three years of experience in project ownership and management
• Advanced education, such as an MBA, is preferred
• Experience with Personal Lines insurance products and independent agency operations is preferred
