AVP of Digital Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Digital Product - Stop Loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and communicate product strategy aligned with enterprise goals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a healthy product lifecycle
• Apply Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions, manage risks and dependencies, and guide delivery teams
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product impact, inform strategic decisions, and lead analyses

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 15-20 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a highly regulated industry
• Experience in developing large-scale solutions in a leadership role
• Familiarity with management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, and Agile practices; certifications are a plus
• Experience with Group Benefits and/or Stop Loss insurance products is highly preferred
