Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ETF financial statements and related schedules for SEC filings
Produce and review GAAP financial statements
Coordinate ETF audits with independent auditors and external service providers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus
Five to ten years of related work experience in fund administration with ETFs and mutual funds
Substantial experience with Confluence Technologies financial statements
Three to five years of experience with Confluence is preferred
