Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Post Closing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Post Closing team, focusing on employee development and performance coaching
Review loan dispositions to ensure salability and compliance with investor guidelines
Oversee the suspended loan review process and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a post-closing management role
Minimum 5 years of Non-Agency, Non-QM, and Jumbo underwriting experience
Extensive understanding of agency and investor guidelines
Knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations
Prior experience with Encompass is a plus
