AVP of Servicing Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Servicing Controls to support the Servicing organization in monitoring controls and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments, identify potential risks, and evaluate control effectiveness
• Collaborate with leadership on risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Identify operational risks and control gaps, and advocate for improvements in the control environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Business Controls, Operational Risk, or Change Leadership
• Extensive experience with internal controls and compliance processes
• Proven experience managing responses to audits and regulatory exams
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and regulatory compliance
