Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Patient Financial Service - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collection efforts
• Drives process improvements resulting in performance enhancement within RCM
• Develops and implements strategic plans through collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience
• 5+ years in reviewing accounts receivables reporting and strategic planning
• 5+ years of experience supporting a health system
• Experience in navigating and working across multiple departments to support business objectives
