Job Summary
To drive enterprise priorities and enhance organizational performance, the remote AVP Planning and Performance will manage strategic planning, performance management, and analytics while leading a team responsible for delivering actionable insights and executive communications.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute company-wide strategic initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Lead the development of corporate dashboards and performance analysis to provide accurate insights to leadership
- Support financial planning processes and conduct ROI analyses to inform resource allocation and operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Progressive leadership experience in strategy, business operations, finance, or performance management
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting experience
- Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting for organizational accountability
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across all organizational levels
