Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried AVP Premium Audit will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Premium Audit department, ensuring accuracy and compliance of insurance premium audits while collaborating with key stakeholders in a remote or Worcester, MA location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the premium audit leadership team, developing and implementing strategic plans for the department
- Oversee the planning, execution, and review of premium audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partner with underwriting, finance, and technology teams to enhance audit processes and address emerging trends
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in premium audit leadership or a similar role
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to premium audits
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for audit operations
- Ability to leverage technology to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior leadership
