Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Primary Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage research requests and support the asset management team with inquiries
• Oversee the onboarding of new loans and ensure servicing requirements are met
• Prepare and ensure compliance with reporting requirements related to portfolio performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• Preferred experience in commercial real estate, cash management, and loan servicing
• High comfort level with industry-related software systems
• Strong leadership skills and professionalism
