Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic project management to achieve customer satisfaction and organizational goals
  • Establish and implement processes for the software development lifecycle and drive business process improvements
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 12 years of client service experience, including 5 years in account management within PBM or managed care
  • 8 years of leadership or people management experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
