Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic project management to achieve customer satisfaction and organizational goals
- Establish and implement processes for the software development lifecycle and drive business process improvements
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12 years of client service experience, including 5 years in account management within PBM or managed care
- 8 years of leadership or people management experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
