Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Rebate Administration & Analytics, responsible for developing and executing rebate strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of rebate strategies to meet business objectives
  • Oversee a team responsible for rebate administration, reporting, and analytics
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment and reconciliation, acting as the escalation point for complex issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field; HS diploma or GED required
  • 12 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical distribution, or related roles
  • 8 years of management or leadership experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
