Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Rebate Administration & Analytics, responsible for developing and executing rebate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of rebate strategies to meet business objectives
- Oversee a team responsible for rebate administration, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure timely and accurate payment and reconciliation, acting as the escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field; HS diploma or GED required
- 12 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical distribution, or related roles
- 8 years of management or leadership experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
