AVP Sales, Financial Services

Job Summary

Leading a growing sales organization, the full-time remote AVP Sales, Financial Services will drive customer acquisition strategies, manage key relationships within the Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, and Insurance verticals, and oversee the sales process to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute customer acquisition strategies to generate annual growth in ACV bookings
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the Strategic Financial Services vertical
• Manage the overall sales process and establish metrics for effective sales funnel management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software and/or applications sales, preferably in IT-centric solutions
• Proven track record of leading teams in the Strategic segment and consistently achieving revenue goals
• Strong relationships with stakeholders across the Financial Services industry
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining impactful sales organizations
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
