AVP Servicing Credit Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Servicing Credit Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor investor, agency, and MI publications for policy updates to mortgage loan servicing guidelines
• Consult with impacted divisions on changes to company guidelines and manage notifications regarding guideline changes
• Review mortgage servicing control support and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure compliance with Agency requirements

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, policy, and regulatory oversight
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Word
• Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
• Technical writing experience is a plus
