Job Summary
Leading multiple cross-functional teams, the full-time AVP Solutions Data Architecture will oversee engineering excellence and delivery capability while developing Engineering Managers and coordinating complex technical initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and coach Engineering Managers through regular performance management and team health assessments
- Coordinate cross-team technical architecture and manage dependencies while aligning quarterly technical roadmaps
- Oversee delivery accountability, including resource allocation and stakeholder communication on project status
Required qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams towards aligned delivery outcomes
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including cloud-native architecture and DevOps
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare
- Background in supporting or leading infrastructure/platform engineering or shared services teams
- Familiarity with hybrid and distributed team models
