Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in post-sales technical functions within UCaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS
• 5+ years in leadership of technical specialists with a proven track record
• Formal education with a Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Deep familiarity with competitive landscape in the industry
• A personal technical history with demonstrable experience in relevant platforms
